From my love of activity books as a child and my desire to help the seniors in my family stay mentally sharp, I decided to create my first book: Memory Games for Seniors and Adults. It was developed in close collaboration with professionals who work with older adults daily and is based on a deep understanding of brain function.
Let’s be honest—life gets busy, and as the years go by, many of us read less, solve fewer puzzles, and give our brains less of a workout than we used to. Whether it’s because of our jobs, responsibilities, or the hectic pace and endless distractions of modern life, mental exercise often takes a backseat. But while working on this book and testing out the exercises, I noticed something surprising - I felt sharper myself. That’s when I knew this could truly help others, too.
And this is just the beginning! I’m already planning new books to make brain training engaging, effective, and, most importantly, fun. Because keeping our minds active should feel like play—not work!
